Aluminium 7075 Circles are primarily made of aluminium, with zinc (5.1–6.1%), magnesium (2.1–2.9%), and copper (1.2–2.0%) as the main alloying elements, along with small amounts of chromium, iron, and silicon. This unique blend gives the alloy remarkable strength that rivals many steels while keeping it lightweight and resistant to corrosion. It boasts a tensile strength of about 510–560 MPa and a yield strength of around 430–480 MPa, depending on the temper. Plus, it offers great fatigue resistance and decent machinability, making it perfect for high-stress, high-performance structural applications.

Aluminum 7075 is a high strength alloy composed primarily of aluminum (90.5-95.5%), zinc (5.1-6.1%), magnesium (2.1-2.9%), and trace amounts of copper, chromium, and other elements Known being an excellent strength-to-weight ratio and commonly used in aerospace, space and the military. The alloy has a tensile strength of 572-700 MPa, a yield strength of 503-636 MPa, and an elongation of 11-15%. It provides excellent fatigue strength, stress resistance and mechanical properties, although it is more susceptible to stress corrosion cracking than other alloys such as 6061.
