Aluminium 1100 Coils are made from commercially pure aluminium, boasting a minimum aluminium content of 99.0%, along with trace amounts of copper (0.05–0.20%), iron (up to 0.95%), and other elements. This alloy is celebrated for its excellent corrosion resistance, high thermal and electrical conductivity, and remarkable formability. With a typical tensile strength ranging from 90 to 140 MPa and good ductility, Aluminium 1100 is perfect for cold working, although it’s not suitable for heat treatment.
